4000 years ago the Egyptians and Persians mastered the art of fusing glass. The knowledge they gained while working with this complex and unpredictable material continues to inspire creative work to this day. The age-old technique of  kiln-forming glass has always fascinated due to the magical transformation of glass when combined with heat.
